10 Things you didn’t know about Stacy Eaton

1 – I was born on Friday the 13th and I consider any Friday the 13th a lucky day. I’m also a Gemini. I have two very distinct personalities, one for work and one for everything else.

2 - I went to 13 schools before I graduated high school
I was always the “new kid” in school and constantly trying to find new friends. While I hated it growing up and I still look back at that time as a rough time, it made me who I am.

3 – I had 23 addressed by the time I was 34
Not only did I go to 13 schools, but I have had 23 addresses in my life. I have also lived in quite a few states, New York, Illinois, Michigan, Virginia, Florida, Tennessee, Pennsylvania and Hawaii.  My favorite? Sarasota Florida.

4 – I started doing photography in high school
In eleventh grade I took a basic photography class and ended up loving it. What was really awesome was my parents encouraged the photograph and built me my own dark room. I would spend hours developing black and white pictures that I had taken.

5 – I love muscle cars
During my senior year, I lived in the suburbs of Detroit, motor city. If you weren’t into muscle cars, you were into anything important. All of my friends had them, or dated boys who had them. On Friday and Saturday nights we would cruise town and everyone would be showing off their cars.

6 – In high school I danced on a local cable channel weekly top 10
If you have ever heard of Solid Gold, the television show back in the 80’s that use to do the weekly count down, you’ll know what I mean here. Our local cable company had a weekly top 10 music show and I was one of the dancers on it.

7 – I was a cheerleader
People that know me know laugh at this. I’m a pretty intense person and they have a hard time picturing me jumping up and down and cheering.

8 – I love to cruise
My husband and I have cruised twice on Princess Cruise Line, and we loved it. I have also been on two short cruises on Carnival cruise lines, I was not a fan of that line but it was cheap and I needed to get away. The last two cruises we have done are on Disney Cruise Line and I have to say, we are now addicted to them.

9 – I have two large Shiloh Shepherds
They are bigger than a German and are bred to have better hips.  My male, Garda, is about 105 pounds and 30” tall at the shoulders. His sister, Callie is about 98 pounds and about 25” at the shoulder.  They are lovable dogs that are very loyal and very protective of their families. Their temperament is not as aggressive as a German, but they have as much drive and intelligence.

10 – I have two children
My son is currently servicing the US Navy and got married last year. My daughter is eleven and the social butterfly of society. She is a black belt in Tae Kwon Do and working toward her second degree. She is also a cheerleader, and sings in a choral group, plus she’s a marksmen.
