Synopsis:
Glory St. Pierre never thought so many lies could hold so much truth, especially when her entire life has been one of those lies. Now that she knows who she really is, she must find a way to come to terms with it before the Djinn sorcerer Rasputin and his steel army descend down upon the human and Djinn realms, wielding magic so dark even her own Djinn lover, Irving, is wary of it.
Their only hope to save the realms are a couple of hunters and the Lords of the Djinn Order, four powerful Djinn who have remained elusive for centuries. Armed with her only granted wish, a fabulous airship, and the Djinn she loves by her side, Glory will embark on a quest to find the four lords and enlist their help. But there is a reason the lords have been in hiding, and once this tiny band of adventurers awakens them from their slumber, they will set off a chain of events that has been in the making since the beginning of time.
There is no turning back now.

My Review
**May have light spoilers**
**May have light spoilers**
Dream of Me is the sequel to Wish For Me, and I'd suggest reading Wish first before jumping into Dream. Dream of Me picks up about a week or so after the events at the end of Wish For Me.
Glory and Irving's relationship is a bit on the rocks, and that's the least of their worries. Add in Glory's mom and aunt, the notorious Djinn hunter, Rasputin, and a bunch of secrets, bad choices, and crazy twists, and you've got one heck of a read.
When Glory and Irving have no choice but to take Madeleine and Elena into Shrinelyn, Glory knows things aren't going to be easy. But when she starts dreaming about Rasputin, things go from bad to worse.
The group is determined to find the Lord of the Djinn and put a stop to Rasputin and his army before the entire Djinn realm, and human realm, is destroyed. But there are so many secrets and lies between the four of them, and when Glory makes a really bad decision, she may not even be able to salvage her relationship with Irving, let alone help stop Rasputin.
Ok, so you've got Glory back from the dead and still just as sassy, snarky, and sarcastic. Irving, who is devoted and loyal to Glory, even when she does stupid things. Madeleine, who would love nothing more than to kill off Irving and his Djinn family. And Elena, who is just sort of...Elena.
The plot is fast-paced, but not too fast that the book suffers. The imagery is amazing throughout the story. The characters are all really well-written and developed. You've got the ones you love, the ones who make you laugh, and the ones you love to hate.
Dream of Me has got a lot going on. As mentioned previously, there are a lot of secrets being kept, lies being told, twists and turns that happen unexpectedly, and that ending... Boy, oh, boy. I am definitely looking forward to the third book!
If you enjoy novels that have a young adult feel to them, but are meant for adults, then you'll love Dream of Me. Hot Djinn, bold, sassy females, a crazy bad guy who can show up in dreams. What more could you ask for? I highly recommend the series.
I'd rate Dream of Me 4.5 stars. A definite must-read.
