Synopsis
“The true love I desire shall come to me, this I ask, so mote it be.”

When Annah-Belle Henderson cast a spell for love she never envisioned her wish would be granted in the young nephew of her best friend. With a face that rivals the Norse god Thor, and a body to match, the charismatic Eric Ashworth draws Annah into a dizzying current of emotions. Should she accept the chance for love with a man twenty years younger or should she reject her feelings?

As a past darkness threatens to destroy all that she longs for, Annah makes a decision that begins a journey fraught with judgement, betrayal, disloyalty, and perhaps death.

If she can hold on she just might find true love in Eric’s arms. But first she must survive.

Jennifer's Review

This was a great book!
The Summer of Annah is about a 55 year old woman who happens to be a wiccan. She has a friend named Barney who has a nephew that moved from Vancouver to Portsmouth. She falls in love with the nephew, Eric, who looks like the demigod, Thor.
The book follows their friendship/love life as it goes day by day. Annah’s ex husband soon comes to town and causes serious problems.
Does he succeed in ruining Annah and Eric's relationship? Read on to find out.
Book one in a series of books. I hope to read more of these books. Great author!
5 stars for this book.

Author Bio
Why do most authors write their bios in the third person? That's a question for which there is no answer but (sigh) I'll follow the tradition. T.C.

Tinthia Clemant was born in Medford, Massachusetts, over sixty years ago. Her childhood was a happy one. She lived in a loving home with her three siblings, mother and father. Her imagination soared as she passed the days enacting the scenes from the stories that spun through her mind.

Tinthia always wrote. From the time she first picked up a pencil, or perhaps it was a crayon, she wrote. Stories about searching for secrets. Stories about joy, sadness, friendship, and, of course, stories about true love. Her first book was self-published. (At the tender age of seven, she stapled several pages together and presented the book to her mother on Mother's Day.)

A contemporary women's fiction author, Tinthia fell in love with stories about true love when she witnessed, at the impressionable age of five, the power of true love. On the silver screen of the Meadow Glen drive-in, she watched Prince Phillip defeat Maleficent's tangled web of thorns and the fire-breathing dragon. Next came the awakening of Sleeping Beauty with true love's first kiss. That did it for Tinthia! As a hopeful romantic, she searched far and wide for that special someone. Unfortunately, she has yet to find love's magical kiss. However, she learned a lot about herself along the way. Her journeys through life helped spark her writing career and the strong, older heroines she creates.

Tinthia lives on the banks of the Concord River and spends her time teaching science at a local community college, gardening, painting, tending her flock of Mallards (follow her natural history blog at: concordriverlady.com), reading, and, of course, writing contemporary women's fiction. She also enjoys Chunky Monkey and American Dream Cone or other enticing Ben and Jerry's flavors.

The Summer of Annah: A Midsummer's Wish is the first book in the Seasons of Annah series. Read The Summer of Annah and fall in love with true love.

Please try not to spam posts with the same comments over and over again. Authors like seeing thoughtful comments about their books, not the same old, "I like the cover" or "sounds good" comments. While that is nice, putting some real thought and effort in is appreciated. Thank you.
