Not Dead Yet by Samie Sands - Book Tour & Review + Giveaway

Not Dead Yet
AM13 Outbreak Series Book 4
by Samie Sands
Genre: Horror, Post- Apocalyptic

The AM13 Outbreak has affected everywhere, the entire world has experienced infection.

Victims of the virus are no longer human, they've changed, become something
scientifically impossible. With their loss of human function and
their new lust for flesh, there’s only one word to describe them...

The world is divided as everyone tries to work out how to survive.
Many have already lost their lives in the fight, but there are still a few who are not dead...

Not Dead Yet is the fourth book in the AM13 Outbreak series.
To me, it was more along the lines of short snippets of what was happening with the people who had managed to survive the outbreak that happened throughout the first three books. There were a couple of characters from previous books who get mentioned again, and you find out what happened to them. Not everyone is dead yet, as the title suggests, but their world is looking more and more bleak as time goes on. Can the survivors keep holding on? Is a cure on the horizon? Or is humanity forever doomed by the zombie apocalypse? You'll just have to read it and find out.

I was excited to see a fourth book in the series, but I was a little disappointed by it. It felt a little bit rushed, and while it was consistent with the previous three stories, it fell a little flat for me. I did like knowing what was happening all around the world with different survivors, but the story didn't feel fleshed out enough for me (yay, zombie puns!) to thoroughly enjoy it.

I give Not Dead Yet 3.5 stars. If you've read and enjoyed the other books in the series, give this one a go if you are curious to see what happens with the rest of humanity.

Don't miss the other books in the AM13 Outbreak Series!
