dad’s soul will end in Hell. Hoping to convince her to give him the

And the worst part? Due to the unavoidable presence of Tolis, who keeps
intruding into his evil thoughts, Shax discovers an almost decent
side of himself. In no time at all, he catches himself doing actual

Meet Shax
My name is Shax,
son of Scox. What? Does my name sound funny to you? Yeah, yeah, laugh if you
want, but I’m a fire demon like my parents. I can make myself invisible and
incorporeal, spill evil inside humans, and throw fire waves. Nope. Not
fireballs. My fire is more like a dragon’s blaze.
I’m still studying
to become a six level demon. My speciality is possessing kitchen appliances
because they don’t pose any resistance when I try to possess them.
For example, I
possessed a toaster for an entire week. It burned every single slice of bread
an unaware human put in it. The week inside that toaster was hilarious. My
performance made the front page of a local newspaper: The Unstoppable Toaster.
Pity that now I
have to possess a human, and a girl at that. Her name’s Tolis. Humans are
complicated, especially girls. On top of that, Tolis is pretty, and her soul is
almost pure. I really don’t want to contaminate her with evil and—Ahem, I mean,
I’m looking forwards to contaminating her with evil. Yup. Because that’s what
demons do. Wish me luck.
I’m an entomologist and a soil biologist, which is a fancy way to say
that I dig in the dirt, looking for bugs. Nature and books have
always been my passion. I was a kid when I read The Lord Of The Ring
and fell in love with fantasy novels.
