My Review
The Lost Boy is the newest story in the Adventures of Billy Bog Brush series.
In this one, Billy offers to help a mom find her missing son who hasn't come home yet.
Billy goes walking all over town, checking each place where kids might hang out. Does Billy find the missing boy?
I really enjoyed this book, and my son enjoyed reading it along with me. We like following along with Billy as he goes on his adventures through the town of Flushington. And we like that he sends a good message to kids through his adventures.
In The Lost Boy, Billy shows kids how nice it is to be helpful and kind. Billy doesn't just think about himself or ignore the problems around him. He offers to help and do whatever he can to fix those problems. Even the simplest thing can go a long way.
I'd recommend the Billy Bog Brush books to parents of kids of all ages. They're definitely fun, good reads.
4 stars from me!
