My Review
The Magical Sunglasses is a cute children's book that has a good message behind it.
Each day at school, one lucky kid gets to wear the magical sunglasses, and by doing so, they find the courage to climb a tree, pass a test, or even make friends. But what happens when the sunglasses come off? Is it magic, or something more?
This book teaches kids that they can do things they normally wouldn't think they were capable of if only they believe in themselves. Putting on a pair of sunglasses they think is magical gives them the boost they need to tackle their fear (heights, failing, being alone, the dark). I think that's a good lesson for kids to learn. Be brave. Be strong. Be courageous. And if you need a little "magical" help along the way, that's okay.
The Magical Sunglasses is a book that young readers will enjoy, and parents will like the message within.
5 stars!

Author Information
C:\Users\Counter\Downloads\Head shot 1.jpgNicole McGrath is a paediatric occupational therapist from Melbourne, Australia. Personally seeing the success of bringing self-belief into the lives of children with varying abilities across the world; including Australia, Uganda, and the United Kingdom, Nicole McGrath wrote 'The Magical Sunglasses' to help bring the powerful message of positive thinking out of the therapy clinic and into family story time.

She currently works in a specialist centre for children with cerebral palsy in Cardiff, Wales; and as part of the role, is being increasingly asked to present at national conferences on a self-belief based therapy technique, where she is covering new grounds and educating therapists internationally.

Being an avid traveller, surfer, snowboarder, and cyclist, Nicole is an adventurer with a 'go for it' attitude... with the belief that the release of The Magical Sunglasses will provide the biggest adventure yet.
