What would you consider to be your Kryptonite as an author?
Noise. I need absolute silence while writing.
If you could dine with any literary
character, who would it be and why?
I would have to say Stephen King. He
just seems like a really fun—and funny!—guy.
What fantastical fictional world
would you want to live in (if any) given the chance?
Middle Earth. I’ve been in love with
The Lord of the Rings since forever.
Did you want to be an author when
you grew up?
I’ve been writing stories since I
was thirteen, and before that, I always wrote something: poetry, journal
entries, etc. I can’t remember a time when I didn’t write.
If you had to describe yourself in
three words, what would they be?
Determined. Stubborn. Compassionate.
What is your most
unusual writing quirk?
I start at 3:00 a.m. every morning.
If you could own any animal as a
pet, what would it be?
A crow or a raven. I’ve always loved
them.
Have you ever met anyone famous?
I met Anne Rice when I was about
fourteen.

Please try not to spam posts with the same comments over and over again. Authors like seeing thoughtful comments about their books, not the same old, "I like the cover" or "sounds good" comments. While that is nice, putting some real thought and effort in is appreciated. Thank you.
