What did you
enjoy about writing "The New Enchantress?"
The best draft was the final one that's
published. I enjoyed developing the characters.
Are there any scenes or characters that you
didn’t want to cut?
Yes, those include two extra friends for my MC
and in very early drafts, a man that seemed bad, but was good-hearted.
Which characters in your story do you think
teach good morals?
My MC's godfather, Alex, and her friend,
Claudia.
Your stories are often compared to the
"Harry Potter" series. Where else do you get inspired?
Disney's "Frozen," the film,
"ParaNorman," "and many other places.
Do you write anything else besides fiction?
Yes, I have a few blogs, including one on my
author website.
Meet the Author:
Sunayna Prasad enjoys writing fantasy books for
children, as well as cooking, creating artwork, watching online videos, and
blogging. She has also written The Frights of Fiji, and
A Curse of Mayhem and is constantly creating and brainstorming new
ideas.
Sunayna also loves cartoons, traveling, and thinking outside the
box.
She lives in New York.
