My Review
How to Heal Financial Anxiety is a wonderful non-fiction/self-help book that is full of good advice, and tips and tricks to help readers become smarter about money. Even if you think you're doing well enough financially, there are always ways you can improve and make things better and less stressful.  This book is written for everyone, although anyone who worries about money and finances is more likely to benefit from the activities and information within these pages. 
I found it to be set up in an easy to follow way, and the activities really make you think about things in a new way, including how your past could have shaped your financial future. 
It's definitely an interesting book, and I can see myself coming back to it for advice, tips, and just general help again and again. 
If you're stressed out about money, take the time to read through this book. You may just find something that will help ease those anxieties.
