My Review
We're Friends Now is a cute children's book about a little boy named Micoy who is attending his first day of daycare. He's not sure what to expect, but he's excited. He goes about his morning routine with the help of his parents (brushing teeth, eating breakfast, etc), and then he's off to daycare. Once there, he's introduced to the other kids, and then he settles in to play. But when one of the other children refuses to share, Micoy gets frustrated. Can he and Hannah learn to share and become friends?
This is a lovely book that teaches kids how to be kind, how to share, and that you can make new friends even when things aren't going well. It's got adorable illustrations and is easy to read, which makes it a book young readers will enjoy.
4 stars.
