A Christmas for the Ages is a fun little holiday film that will bring a smile to your face and will make your holiday season even more joyful.
The movie follows four generations as they celebrate Christmas as they remember it from the decade they grew up. There's a 1940s Christmas, a 1960s Christmas, a 1990s Christmas, and a present day Christmas. There's even a Christmas concert!
Each Christmas features costumes, hairstyles, and even popular foods from the decade being celebrated. It seems like such a special, unique way to connect with family, and the characters do seem like they grow closer with each celebration.
The one I related to the most was, of course, the 1990s celebration. As someone who turned 6 two weeks before Christmas in 1990, that whole decade was my childhood, and seeing the characters create their own 90s-style Christmas was nostalgic and entertaining.
This is a sweet, family-friendly film that can be enjoyed by viewers of all ages. It features Cheryl Ladd (of Charlie's Angels fame) and Natasha Bure (Candace Cameron Bure's daughter). Make some hot cocoa, curl up on the couch, and let yourself reminisce as you watch this with family and make it part of your new holiday tradition!
